The Nationalities Service Center offers social, educational and legal services to immigrants and refugees throughout Greater Philadelphia, regardless of immigration status and English language ability.
We are located near the Philadelphia Convention Center at 12th and Arch Streets. If you do not speak English, tell the receptionist which language you speak in order to get a phone interpreter.

Donations
If you wish to make a donation to ensure that NSC can continue to provide no or low-cost services to our refugee and immigrant families, please contact our Development Department.
Office Hours:
Monday through Friday - 9 am to 5pm
Legal Consultation Walk-In Hours:
Mondays - 5pm
Wednesdays - 9am
Consultations limited to the first eight clients to arrive during walk-in hours.
Fees - There is a $40 initial consultation fee for legal services.
ESL Classes:
ESL and literacy classes are offered Monday through Thursday.
Morning Classes: 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Evening Classes: 6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
New Students: $160.00
Continuing Students: $140.00
